That's an IE setting:
- Tools>Internet Options
- Security Tab
- Highlight Internet Zone and Click on Custom
Level
- Slide down to Miscellaneous
- Enable: Data Sources Across Domains
- Enable: SubFrames across domains
- Enable: Launch Programs in an iFrame
- OK everything
